Autumn Term 2016 -

Infant 5 went for a visit to Gita Bhavan Hindu Temple in Whalley Range as part of our R.E topic on Hinduism. The children took their shoes off before they entered the temple and they received an interesting presentation about Hinduism. They then got to look around the temple. They saw the shrine, the statues of the gods, the colouring ceilings and pictures around the temple. They also saw some Hindu people worshipping in the temple. Infant 5 had a great day
