Autumn Term 2016 -
Infant 1 have been learning about position in Maths. Our class bear, Billy Bear, was very cheeky and ran away! But luckily he left us some clues using position words and we used our detective skills to find him hiding in the library!
In Maths we have been looking at measuring length and measuring capacity. We had lots of fun outside in the water tray!
This half term our topic in Infant 1 is Animals. So far we have been on a minibeast hunt in the garden and we have been looking about how animals move in PE. In English we have been looking at the story of Tiddler and thinking about why it is important to not tell lies. We are looking forward to learning lots more about different animals in the coming weeks!
